INGREDIENTS

Carrot Cake: light muscovado sugar, eggs, sunflower oil, carrots, bananas, walnuts, plain flour (wheat), salt, bicarbonate of soda, baking powder, apricot jam, fondant icing

Chocolate Sponge: plain flour (wheat), cocoa powder, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, light muscovado sugar, golden syrup, eggs, sunflower oil, milk, apricot jam, fondant icing. May also contain nut products.

Coffee and Walnut: butter (milk), light muscovado sugar, eggs, coffee, self-raising flour (wheat), walnuts, icing sugar, apricot jam, fondant icing

FRUIT REINDEER CAKE

Ingredients: butter (milk), light muscovado sugar, eggs, plain flour (wheat), orange juice and zest, ginger, cinnamon, dried mixed fruit, dried cranberries, Cointreau, apricot jam, marzipan (nuts), clear alcohol, sugarpaste, edible sugar decorations

Price: £100.00                    Serves: approximately 20

Prices include cake drum, cake box, ribbon and wooden antlers cake topper.  The antlers are inserted into a tube of dowelling placed into the centre of the cake.  Some decorations may differ from picture.
