INGREDIENTS

Lemon Madeira Sponge: butter (milk), plain flour (wheat), self-raising flour (wheat), golden caster sugar, eggs, icing sugar, milk, strawberry jam, apricot jam, fondant icing. May also contain nut products.

Carrot Cake: light muscovado sugar, eggs, sunflower oil, carrots, walnuts, plain flour (wheat), salt, bicarbonate of soda, baking powder, apricot jam, fondant icing

Chocolate Sponge: plain flour (wheat), cocoa powder, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, light muscovado sugar, golden syrup, eggs, sunflower oil, milk, apricot jam, fondant icing. May also contain nut products.

Coffee and Walnut: butter (milk), light muscovado sugar, eggs, coffee, self-raising flour (wheat), walnuts, icing sugar

CHOCOLATE REINDEER CAKE

Ingredients: unsalted butter (milk), self-raising flour (wheat), cocoa powder, baking powder, caster sugar, eggs, apricot jam, sugarpaste, edible sugar decorations

FRUIT REINDEER CAKE

Ingredients: butter (milk), light muscovado sugar, eggs, plain flour (wheat), orange juice and zest, ginger, cinnamon, dried mixed fruit, dried cranberries, Cointreau, apricot jam, marzipan (nuts), clear alcohol, sugarpaste, edible sugar decorations

Allergy advice: for allergens see ingredients in bold.

Price: £100.00                    Serves: approximately 20

Prices include cake drum, cake box, ribbon and wooden antlers cake topper.  The antlers are inserted into a tube of dowelling placed into the centre of the cake.  Some decorations may differ from picture.
