Christmas Reindeer Cake

CHOCOLATE REINDEER CAKE

Ingredients: unsalted butter (milk), self-raising flour (wheat), cocoa powder, baking powder, caster sugar, eggs, apricot jam, sugarpaste, edible sugar decorations

Allergy advice: for allergens see ingredients in bold.  Also may contain nut.

Price: £75.00                       Serves: approximately 20

FRUIT REINDEER CAKE

Ingredients: butter (milk), light muscovado sugar, eggs, plain flour (wheat), orange juice and zest, ginger, cinnamon, dried mixed fruit, dried cranberries, Cointreau, apricot jam, marzipan (nuts), clear alcohol, sugarpaste, edible sugar decorations

Allergy advice: for allergens see ingredients in bold.

Price: £100.00                    Serves: approximately 20

Prices include cake drum, cake box, ribbon and wooden antlers cake topper.  The antlers are inserted into a tube of dowelling placed into the centre of the cake.  Some decorations may differ from picture.

 

“As You Like It” Fruit Cake

Ingredients: butter (milk), light soft brown sugar, vanilla extract, eggs, plain flour (wheat), mixed spice, apricot jam, marzpian (nuts), clear alcohol, sugarpaste, dried mixed fruits – any blend of the following:

  • raisins, sultanas, currants, glace cherries, mixed peel, dried cranberries, dried apricots, dates, dried figs or dried pineapple
  • sherry, brandy, rum or brewed tea
  • zest and juice of oranges or lemons
  • whole or flaked almonds, chopped hazelnuts, walnuts or brazil nuts – optional
