About Teisen Deg

I’ve always loved baking, so when some friends encouraged me to start selling my cakes, I really liked the idea and, after obtaining the relevant qualifications, I sold my first cake at the end of November 2010.

Since then I have also supplied various coffee shops in and around Cardiff and, last year, I had a cake stall at Waterloo Gardens fundraising fete in Roath.

I also love learning the Welsh language, and when thinking about a name for the website I wanted to reflect this, so I chose the name Teisen Deg, which means "fair cake".
